Meeting Overview
The 3rd Annual NSF-ARCSS Freshwater Integration study (FWI) All-Hands Meeting will be held Wednesday 1 June - Friday 3 June 2005 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle, Washington. All FWI Investigators and their Graduate/Undergraduate Students are strongly encouraged to participate. Please check back to this site for updates on the agenda and other meeting logistics.

Registration
Online registration for the meeting is now closed.

There is a $100 registration fee for attending this conference, which will help us cover some meals (breakfasts, lunches), and other fees associated with conference materials and support.


Meeting Agenda
Registration and packet pickup will take place at Bell Harbor Conference Center from 8-9 am on Wednesday 1 June 2005, and the Meeting will commence at 9:00 am. This is a two and one-half day meeting, with the meeting ending after lunch on Friday 3 June. Accomodations
A block of rooms is being held at the Edgewater Hotel, which is conveniently located on the waterfront and just a couple of blocks away from the Bell Harbor Conference Center. The group rate is $185 plus taxes, and the cut-off date for reservations at this rate is Monday 2 May 2005. To make your reservation, please call the Edgewater Hotel at (206) 728-7000, or (800) 624-0670, and be sure to mention 'Arctic Freshwater Integration study (FWI)'.

We also recommend the Seattle Ramada Inn, located ~7 blocks from Bell Harbor, and a block of rooms is also being held there. The group rate is $89 plus taxes, and the cut-off date for reserving rooms at this rate is Wednesday May 18th.
