Meeting Facilities The FWI All-Hands Meeting will take place at the Bodega Bay Lodge (http://www.bodegabaylodge.com) in Bodega Bay, California. The Bodega Bay Lodge came highly recommended from several of the FWI PIs, and it looks like it will be a great spot to hold a productive and energizing meeting. Getting There Bodega Bay Lodge is about an 1.5 hour drive from the San Francisco International Airport. For directions on how to get to the hotel, please visit: (http://www.bodegabaylodge.com) and follow the 'Online Directions' link at the bottom of the page. For those interested, the Arctic-CHAMP SMO will coordinate car-pooling to help contain costs and to do a wee-bit to help the environment. Room Reservations The negotiated room rate for the Bodega Bay Lodge is $150 per night for Tuesday - Thursday nights. In order to guarantee the special room rate, reservations must be made by Monday 30 April. You may make your room reservations at the Bodega Bay Lodge by calling 1-707-875-3525 or toll-free at 1-888-875-3525. Mention that you are with the 'FWI/Arctic' group. When you call you will be asked to provide a credit card number to cover one night's stay; this charge is fully refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the meeting. For those that may be interested, the group rates may be honored on a space-available basis for participants wishing to extend their stay on either end of the meeting dates. |

| The agenda is now available. In years past, your input has greatly helped shape and strengthen the agenda and has helped ensure a successful, efficient, and positive workshop for all participants. So, please take a few moments to send your agenda thoughts to Charles Vorosmarty (charles.vorosmarty@unh.edu), Larry Hinzman (ffldh@uaf.edu), and Jonathan Pundsack (jonathan.pundsack@unh.edu), and be sure to check back for updates. |
